Haylee Wagemaker Law Clerk

Haylee Wagemaker is a Law Clerk assisting in Personal Injury claims. She brings valuable and insightful experience in personal injury matters and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.

Having recently completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, at Griffith University, Haylee is currently undertaking the final steps toward admission to the legal profession, with her admission anticipated in late 2026.

Haylee has always had a passion for advocating for others. Her passion for law began during her school years when she chose legal studies as an elective. She was fascinated by the complexities of the legal system and its ability to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This interest has since developed into a strong commitment to advocating for and supporting clients through challenging legal matters.

Haylee understands that personal injury clients are often navigating highly sensitive and difficult circumstances. She approaches every client with genuine compassion and empathy, striving to build strong, supportive relationships that ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and valued throughout their journey with Evolve Legal.

Outside of work, Haylee enjoys spending time with her loved ones, watching the latest movie releases, and being active.
